Making coffee bean production carbon neutral
Coffee is one of Costa Rica鈥檚 biggest industries and one of the worst offenders in terms of CO2 emissions. However, the country hosts the first carbon neutral coffee producer. How did they achieve this? Roberto Mata, general manager of the coffee cooperative Coopedota, explains.
