Vernon Kay: Gartside 'lived and breathed Bolton'
The long serving chairman of Bolton Wanderers, Phil Gartside has died of cancer at the age of 63.
He piloted Wanderers through their most successful period including 11 successive seasons in the Premier League and four successive top eight finishes.
Television presenter Vernon Kay paid tribute to his friend and said he "lived and breathed Bolton".
