Archery
More often than not, it's the medal winners and the record breakers that get all the headlines when it comes to sport.
But how many of them would have got there without the dedication and passion of their coach?
Fred Stevens from Hinckley has been a volunteer coach at the Leicester Ancient Order of Forrester's Archery Club in Countesthorpe as well as for WheelPower - the national charity of wheelchair sport, based at Stoke Mandeville Stadium in Buckinghamshire, for 15 years.
Now though, with his trademark cowboy hat still firmly in place, he is about to retire from coaching having nurtured some of Great Britain's finest Paralympic prospects and introduced archery to hundreds of children with a disability who otherwise might have thought archery is something they could never do.
Jim went to meet him at the club in Countesthorpe to grab a quick lesson before he hangs up his coaching bow for good.
