Space Mirrors that could Light up the Earth

A 25-metre giant space mirror to reflect light from the Sun back to Earth

Znamya 2.5, a giant mirror is being launched, part of Russian-US research into whether orbiting space mirrors could illuminate Earth. Brazilian scientists are making life-saving snake-bite antidotes by injecting chickens with venom and collecting the antibodies from the eggs.
