The Brazil Nut
Did you know the Brazil nut grows on tall trees that can live for hundreds of years? Or that each nut comes packed with some 20 others in a large shell weighing about 1kg? It is one of most vaulable crops collected from the undisturbed rainforests of the Amazon basin.
