Think back to your basic school chemistry - if you wait long enough a simple lump of coal will eventually become a diamond.

Well that scientific process is being harnessed by a church youth worker in Coalville to try and engender a sense of pride in the town.

The Diamondville project gets under way on Monday, when Lauren Fox and her team begin a tour of schools in North West Leicestershire as they aim to transform Coalville into Diamondville.

Jo Hayward met up with Lauren in the town to find out more.
