A top aide to President Dilma Rousseff of Brazil was arrested this week, the latest target of investigations into a corruption scandal involving the state oil firm Petrobras that's threatening the president herself. But Fernando Duarte of the 大象传媒's Brazilian service says there's no smoking gun yet.
