Farm fire created huge smoke plume

A fire in a farm building created a plume of smoke reportedly visible from up to 14 miles (23km) away.

Fire crews from Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire put out the blaze at the site in Ickford Road, Shabbington, near Aylesbury on Monday.

Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Service warned residents to keep windows and doors closed and to stay away from the smoke.
