Nigeria to Stop Importing Petroleum

Nigeria, Africa's top oil producer, wants to remove the need for imported petroleum products within 18 months.

Can Nigeria gets its refineries running properly? The government presents an 18-month deadline to end all imports. And help is at hand from the private sector.
