A new look for The Pony Club
The Pony Club - which for many generates images of well-spoken young ladies in tweeds riding plump ponies - is undergoing a re-vamp.
The organisation - founded in 1929 - wants to modernise and move away from the old stereotypes, to attract a new, more diverse membership.
Hywel Griffith has been to a riding school near Cardiff to take a look at the changes.
