Hull City and Scunthorpe United are failing to meet guidelines on wheelchair spaces at their grounds - according to a 大象传媒 survey of football league clubs.
Glanford Park, the home of Scunthorpe United, has some of the worst figures in the country, providing just twenty percent of the recommended wheelchair spaces.
