Mark Doyle reports from Liberia, defined by the United Nations as one of the world's poorest nations. About 200,000 people still displaced after the war ended two years ago and the massive aid effort is still focused on disarming and stabilising the country. Why is this peace so fragile and is the aid really working? Or is there an "aid trap" where poor countries get caught in a cycle of dependency and aid money leads to corruption?
