Setting off to trace a 19th-century explorer's route down Brazil's S茫o Francisco river
In 1867, explorer Richard Burton canoed the length of the previously uncharted S茫o Francisco river in Brazil scouting for the British empire. 大象传媒 Brazilian journalist Paulo Cabral retraces the route, recording his own 21st-century impressions of life there.
