The American rapper Yasiin Bey, formerly known as Mos Def, has appeared in a South African court, charged with presenting a "world passport" when trying to fly out of the country.

But it鈥檚 claimed that a million people have registered themselves as members of the 鈥淲orld Government of World Citizens"
