Police probe alleged 'cash for crash' scam

A motorist believes he may have been a target in a "crash for cash" scam, after filming a vehicle swerving towards his car and then braking suddenly.

Audi driver Stephen Phillips captured the incident on his dashcam as he travelled towards Berkhamsted on the A41 near Bourne End on Monday morning.

Hertfordshire Police said it was investigating the incident.
