The First Green Generation
A café is offering environmentally friendly courses alongside its coffee
A café is offering environmentally friendly courses alongside its coffee. The Organic Café in Copenhagen, Denmark, was set up by a group of young women and men who wanted to take action and make an ecological difference to the world. How they're doing that is by teaching their customers how to live a greener lifestyle, from eating organic food to using more energy-efficient equipment. We talk to the people who work at the coffee bar to find out more about what we can all do to protect the planet, and why they believe they’re the first generation to go ‘green’ – but won’t be the last.
Also on the show, we talk to top Sierra Leone athlete Aiah Yambasu; and meet the digital pets from Japan, Digi Mon.
