EU has 'sprawling, inefficient' bureaucracy
Mark Littlewood, director of the free-market think-tank the Institute of Economic Affairs, was once chairman of the UK branch of the Young European Federalists.
But in the upcoming referendum, he'll be voting to leave the EU, arguing it is a "sprawling, inefficient, petty self-obsessed bureaucracy" with no appetite for reform.
