Bidding to build Africa's next nuclear power station
Some analysts argue that the only viable solution to South Africa's power crisis is nuclear.
The country is home to Africa's only nuclear power station at Koeberg near Cape Town. But there are plans to build a second and the Russian state-owned company, Rosatom, is believed to be the front-runner to build it.
The 大象传媒鈥檚 Lerato Mbele sat down with Viktor Polikarpov, vice president of Rosatom for sub-Saharan Africa, and began by asking him about Russia's economic relationship with Africa.
