Could Hull be one of the most congested cities in the UK?

Hull is thought to be one of the most congested cities in the UK for commuters. A report published today shows motorists spend an extra five days a year stuck in traffic compared to places where traffic flows freely. Hull City Council say road improvements are being made, but admit there's only so much that can be done. Jill Archbold reports:
