"There are no ISIS fighters left in Palmyra."
One of the first journalists to reach the Syrian city of Palmyra following its recapture from the so-called Islamic State has described it as a ghost town. Maher al Mounnes, who works for the French news agency AFP, entered the city with Syrian troops.
