Members of the public have been warned not to approach an escaped raccoon caught on camera in Scotland.

The animal was spotted in the wild by a camera trap set up in woodland near Garve in the Highlands to record images of Scottish wildcats.

The naturalist, Nick Baker, explained why raccoons aren't welcome in Scotland.
