"Panama Papers" Tax Scandal Expands

Global tax authorities launch probes into whether some of the world's most powerful individuals used off shore havens to dodge tax.

We talk to Richard Brooks, a former tax inspector and author of "the Great Tax Robbery" who now works for the UK's Private Eye publication about the "Panama Papers" tax scandal.
