More 拢拢拢 in tax havens than UK economy?
As people around the world try to make sense of the amount of money going through tax havens after the Panama Papers leak, there are some stark claims from one man who has been investigating this issue. Ben Judah has written on this subject and spoke to Newsday. He says many countries have missed out on vast amounts of tax income which could have, for example, built hospitals and schools. He also talked about the impact of the offshore tax havens in the British overseas territories like the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.
