Extra Delapre Abbey funding may put a 'strain' on other projects

Once restored, it's hoped Delapre Abbey will become a jewel in the crown of Northampton.
But finding an extra 拢900,000 to pay for the work will be a "strain" on Northampton Borough Council, and could mean other projects lose out.
