The President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, has given his personal assurance that the government will pass the new anti-doping legislation being demanded by WADA as the country seeks to protect it's place within the Olympic family.

Kenya was given a one-month extension on April 7 to comply with the WADA code or face sanctions that could include a ban from this year's Rio Games.
