Kiran Jethwa runs two of Kenya's top restaurants, but for a new television series has been cooking in some of the world's most unusual and dangerous locations. Since the beginning of this year, more than 360 migrants have died attempting to make the dangerous sea crossing between Turkey and Greece. Ahmet Altan is a Turkish imam who has helped to bury more than 100 unidentified bodies.

The Festival Lambe Lambe in the Chilean town of Valparaiso claims to be the world's only event devoted entirely to miniature theatre. Our reporter Jane Chambers attended.
