Andrew Neil brings together, temporarily at least, both sides of the EU referendum argument, adding: "This programme is the Kofi Annan of televisual broadcasting"
The presenter was speaking to German Birgit Maass about the #hugabrit campaign where fellow EU citizens living in the UK are asked to hug British people and then post the images on social media.
He is clearly on the other side of the argument over the UK's future relations with the UK, but the UKIP leader shook hands and hugged the representative from the grassroots campaign.
