Campaign launched to save Gujarati GCSEs
The Gujarati community is calling on the government to save GCSEs in their mother tongue. More than eight thousand people have signed a petition launched by Harrow MP Gareth Thomas opposing the removal of the language qualification. Exam boards say they are going to stop doing the Gujarati GCSE in two years time, along with GCSEs in Bengali, Urdu and Punjabi. Asian Network's Vishva Samani reports
