The South Bank Show presenter, Melvyn Bragg, has paid tribute to the comedian and actor, Victoria Wood, who's died of cancer at the age of 62.

Victoria Wood was profiled more than once on the arts programme.

Lord Bragg told Eddie Mair that her work had motivated a generation of women in comedy.
