Breivik lawyer on winning human rights case
A court in Norway has upheld a claim by the mass murderer, Anders Behring Breivik, that he has been subjected to inhuman treatment in prison.
Breivik - who killed 77 people in a gun and bomb rampage in 2011 - took legal action against the Norwegian state, alleging his detention in solitary confinement breached his human rights.
His lawyer 脴ystein Storrvik told Eddie Mair why they'd brought the case.
