Zac Goldsmith: No smear campaign against London mayor rival
The Conservative candidate for London mayor, Zac Goldsmith, has insisted he is not waging a smear campaign against his Labour opponent, Sadiq Khan.
Mr Goldsmith accused his rival of sharing a platform repeatedly with people who had expressed extremist views.
Sadiq Khan condemned the comments as 'divisive, dog-whistling' campaigning. Speaking to Andrew Hosken for The World Tonight, Zac Goldsmith said it was a legitimate issue to raise.
