Kenya's Fearless Chef
There's been something of a fashion for top chefs to go foraging for their ingredients in forests or by the sea. But Kiran Jethwa, who runs two of Kenya's top restaurants, has taken foraging to a whole new level. He's travelled to some of the most challenging places in the world all in the name of cooking. He's even risked his life to gather ingredients for his unusual dishes. Kiran's just launched a TV series about his exploits called The Fearless Chef.
He told Matthew Bannister about one episode where he ended up hanging onto a zipwire high above the Bolivian jungle in search of coca leaves.
