The Aids epidemic may put a stop to dedicating girls to be devadasis or temple prostitutes
The devadasis, or Indian temple prostitutes, were once divine servants of god but these days they are sex workers 鈥� and in danger of catching and spreading HIV-Aids, which has already infected an estimated 2.5 million Indians.
Kati Whitaker reports from India where she meets a group of devadasis who want to end the practice.
