Will the Obama administration see a change in the relationship between Russia and the US?
During his election campaign, Obama expressed hopes for some nuclear disarmament and developing a new strategic relationship with Russia. However, if the US doesn't abandon plans to site a missile defence system in Europe, Russia says it will deploy missiles in its enclave on the borders of the Baltic states.
