I tapped out Anna Karenina in 'Morse' to keep my neighbouring cell mates sane
After presidential elections were delayed for the third time, election observer and Outlook Inspirations nominee Dr Adan Abokor told us that Somalilanders were determined to maintain stability and preserve their hard-won democracy. He tells his own extraordinary story of eight years of solitary confinement under the Somali dictator Siad Barre and how he tapped out Anna Karenina in a form of Morse code to keep himself and neighbouring cell mates sane.
