Outlook Inspirations nominee Zarifa Qazizadah, is one of very few village heads in Afghanistan. She earned her position after bringing electricity and transport to Naw Abad. As part of the role, she patrols the streets at night on her motorbike, disguised as a man for safety - complete with fake moustache.
