Ashley Ball: We train to win a Gold Medal
GB Hockey's Ashley Ball says that Great Britain are well prepared to take home a medal in the Olympics as they prepare for the Champions Trophy in London next month.
"In a months time we play the Champions Trophy against the best teams in the world, just a few weeks before Rio."
"The Champions Trophy is part of the preparation for Rio. It's what everyone's talking about, and we can't wait."
"We train to win a gold medal, that's what we talk about, and that's our goal and aspiration.'
"We've had a good cycle, not flawless, but mistakes early on make for good preparation."
