'Human hamster' in charity wheel run
A man from Westcliff-on-Sea has become a "human hamster" to run for 24-hours inside a giant wooden wheel to raise money for a dementia charity.
Dean Ovel, 40, has been practising for his run inside the 8ft (2.4m) wheel for the event that begins on Saturday in Southend High Street.
Mr Ovel is hoping to raise money for the newly launched 拢100,000 dementia appeal at Southend hospital.
