Bazentin Wood - Part 2
Now last week you might have heard Ben reporting from the Western Front in France.
It's one hundred years ago this July that the Battle of The Somme began, which was one of the bloodiest battles ever undertaken anywhere, it saw over a million men killed or injured.
The first time the Leicester Tigers Regiment took part was in a battle to take the strategically important Bazentin Wood. On yesterday's programme, Ben was just on the outskirts of the wood, today he's moved to the far side of the wood, effectively the area that the Tigers were trying to take.
Ben was there with the regimental historian, Richard Lane.
