Westminster 'has failed the north of England'
The shadow home secretary and former Labour leadership candidate Andy Burnham explains why he thinks he should be first elected mayor of Greater Manchester.
After announcing his intention to run he told Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn there was a "feeling we are out of touch in parts of the north", and talked about why immigration is seen through different eyes in the north and south of England.
