Robots Caring for the Elderly?

Robots in the care home, and in the workplace, resembling people. It's coming soon. Plus the comments and views that Chinese consumers trust.

We look at the latest developments in robotics, including 'cobots': intelligent devices that may soon be appearing at a care home near you. The 大象传媒's Rory Cellan-Jones has been meeting some of them at Europe's leading annual robotics exhibition. Also, we talk to Hillary Clinton's former senior advisor for innovation, Alec Ross, who's written a book called The Industries of the Future about evolutions in the workplace. And we talk to Chetan Dube, president and CEO of the company Ipsoft, who's just announced that his company is building an entire business practice around a virtual agent called Amelia. Is all of this innovation a burden off our backs? Or is it a threat to our future? And finally tech writer Eveline Chao talks about the types of online chatter that commands most trust among consumers in her native China.
