Former EU Commissioner Lord Patten supports Britain remaining in the European Union. Chris Patten was the EU Commissioner for External Relations from 1999 until 2004. He is a former Chairman of the Conservative Party and Governor of Hong-Kong. The recording was made during a World Questions debate in London.
