Richard Ashcroft, Bruce Foxton, Eric Clapton

Richard Ashcroft on his new collection of songs. Plus, music from Bruce Foxton, former member of The Jam, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Craig David, and dance producer Sigma.

Richard Ashcroft made his name with the hugely successful 90s British band The Verve. Since, he has continued with a string of highly acclaimed solo albums, and this week is back with a new collection of songs. He tells us all about it.

We also be hear from another former member of a major hit band. Bruce Foxton was a third of the hit trio The Jam who dominated the UK charts between 1977-1983. He has remained one of the hardest working musicians on the live music scene in Britain, and now he has released a brand new album.

There is music from the latest albums by the legends Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan, plus new hit songs from Craig David and dance producer Sigma who has teamed up with Take That.

Plus we look at the top five best selling songs in the UK, and at who is selling the most in Sri Lanka. Presented by Jenni Costello.
