Should we be eating more fat?
The National Obesity Forum has suggested that eating fat could help cut obesity and type 2 diabetes.
The charity says that promoting low fat foods has led to "disastrous health consequences" and is calling for a major overhaul of current dietary guidelines.
But Public Health England have strongly criticised the claims and called the advice 鈥渋rresponsible".
Joanna spoke to Dr Aseem Malhotra from the National Obesity Forum and Victoria Taylor from the British Heart Foundation.
