A government-commissioned report on the problem of ticket touts is due to be published.

Reginald Walker, a leading expert on touts and ticket irregularity, estimates the ticket resale business is worth 拢1.4 billion every year in the UK alone. He looks at how tickets for a high-profile sporting event are being resold through a major ticketing website.
