Candidates flock in for Wales shepherd's job
The National Trust says it has been taken by surprise by the level of interest from around the world in a farm it owns in north Wales.
The Parc Farm -- with a three bedroom house and 145-acres of land -- is available, on a ten-year lease, for just 拢1 a year.
But the tenant will have to work hard to look after sheep in an environmentally friendly way that will help protect the fragile habitat.
More than 400 people have applied for the job, from across the UK and as far afield as Japan, New Zealand, Canada and even Syria.
Brendon Williams has been taking a look at what awaits the successful applicant.
