Mike Ashley and zero hours contracts
Appearing before the Business Select Committee, the Sports Direct founder Mike Ashley took strong exception to claims that his business model is too reliant on zero hours contracts.
Their use has been controversial in recent years. Shaun Ley asked Aditya Chakrabortty, who's senior economics commentator at The Guardian and Kate Andrews, from the Institute of Economic Affairs, whether it's an appropriate practice.
