Essex fisherman sells boat after EU rules 'ruined' business
A Southend fisherman voting to leave the European Union says fishing policies "ruined" his business and forced him to sell his boat.
Mark Fossett gave up fishing 18 months ago and said EU quotas were to blame.
Campaigners wanting Britain to remain in the union say fisheries have to be managed to prevent over-fishing.
