A year ago Lauren Steadman, from Sawtry, was picked as one of 大象传媒 Look East's Five to Follow for the Rio Paralympic Games.

The two time World and European Para Triathlon champion competes in the PT4 category.

She was born without her right hand and arm below the elbow joint and previously competed in Para Swimming for Great Britain at the 2008 and 2012 Paralympics.

She's one of the region's best hopes for a gold medal in Rio. Here she is in training.
