Does the EU referendum debate have an undertone of hate and xenophobia?
Baroness Warsi, former chairman of the Conservative Party Baroness Warsi, has switched her support from the Leave campaign to the Remain as a result of the UKIP's anti-EU poster which depicts a long queue of migrants. She said that this was the 'breaking point' which saw her switch allegiances. The poster and Nigel Farage have been criticised by a number of politicians on both sides of trying to scare voters ahead of the referendum. Is there now an undertone of hate and xenophobia amongst the debate over the EU referendum? Callers Lalit and Imran spoke to Sheetal about their views.
